Program Structure :

✔ 1-to-1 Interactive Sessions: The content discussed in the sessions is mentioned in the subsequent sections
✔ Total of 20 Hours of Wellbeing Mentoring Sessions spread over 8 weeks
✔ Each session is of 75 mins
✔ Enough time given for knowledge transfer & to figure out next steps
As a culmination session, an extra session is offered to summarize the learnings and offer additional guidance.

20 Hours of Mentorship includes a combination of 6 varieties of consultation sessions that fall under the umbrella of health and wellbeing. These are listed as listed below:

✅ 3 Sessions of Lifestyle Correction Consultation
✅ 3 Sessions of  Food / Nutrition Consultation
✅ 2 Sessions of Yoga Consultation (Full Yoga Class)
✅ 2 Sessions of Breathwork Consultation
✅ 3 Sessions of Workout Consultation (Bodyweight + Strength Training)
✅ 3 Sessions of Life Coaching Consultation (Based on Neuro-Linguistic-Programming & Positive Psychology)
